Sue is a published author specialising in the buying, renovating, and selling of properties.

She has previously owned a fire, flood, and storm damage restoration company, renovated numerous properties, founded a national photography franchise, and worked as a business coach and volunteer mentor.

After surviving a brain injury from carbon monoxide poisoning that left her unable to read for many years, Sue became a director and trustee of The Carbon Monoxide Gas Safety Charity.

Sue lives in Cheshire and spends her time, writing, renovating, and travelling.

F.A.Q

My first renovation project was in 2006 – a three-bedroomed terrace in South Manchester. After renovating, I sold the property to the first viewer within 12 weeks.

I find inspiration in everyday life, especially in nature and fashion. Pinterest, Instagram, TV, and magazines are also great sources of inspiration for me. I’m particularly drawn to anything quirky or unusual.

My style is best described as comfortable, functional luxury with a touch of glamour. I love incorporating natural elements like wood and tactile fabrics, and using harmonious colour palettes to create a relaxing, stylish home.

When I’m not writing property books, I enjoy writing fiction and hope to publish my work in the future.

Writing: My goal is to publish a series of property-related books.

Property: My ‘big’ vision is to build a community of stylish, bijou, affordable homes. Interested investors – please get in touch 🙂

Charity: To continue raising awareness of Carbon Monoxide and its dangers through my work.
